    Emmanuel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who brings extensive experience as a clinician, former educator, crisis response professional, and father advocate. A proud father of twin boys, he specializes in supporting first-generation professionals, educators, first responders, high achievers, business owners, and athletes. Emmanuel works with clients navigating work stress, performance, identity, relationships, fatherhood, depression, and anxiety. He enjoys sports, the outdoors, and time with his wife, twin boys, and his Weimaraner, Troy.

    Gloria Torres, MSW

    Master Social Worker

    Gloria is a perinatal mental health–trained Master Social Worker with over 12 years of experience supporting healing through life’s transitions. A maternal mental health advocate, twin mama, and facilitator of the Twin Mama Support Space (non-clinical group) where she blends clinical knowledge with lived experience. Gloria offers an empathetic, empowering approach that creates space for growth and connection. She enjoys traveling, hiking, the outdoors, good food, creating motherhood and wellness content, and spending time with her family.

    Hector Martinez, LCSW

    Hector is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a proud veteran with over a decade of experience in mental health. He works with professionals, first responders, military members, and men using a solution-focused, strength-based approach. Hector supports clients navigating stress, relationships, anxiety, and depression. He also trains internationally in mental health crisis response and enjoys time with his golden retrievers, Bradley and Athena.

    Lauren Stanley, LCSW

    Lauren comes in with over a decade of experience supporting families, children, and young professionals. She helps clients navigate women’s health, relationships, anxiety, depression, work stress, and life transitions. Known for her genuine presence, Lauren creates a safe, empowering space for growth. She also supports clinicians transitioning from children and family services to the mental health world. Lauren enjoys watching the Eagles during football season, the outdoors, and traveling.

Known for his approachable and direct style, Fredie helps clients maximize their potential. He enjoys the outdoors, sports, fitness, family time, and giving back to his community.

Passionate about youth and young adults, she finds balance through nature, hiking, and journaling.

Matt enjoys coaching football, cheering on the Raiders, and spending time with his wife and two boys.
